Hi Paul,

I think this is really unhelpful. Atos make recommendations, not decisions. When we level so much critisism at Atos, they become the pantomine villain and deflect the attention from the real decsion makers, the DWP.

Atos have been responsible for many recommendations which have proven to be far from accurate, but they do not decide who gets their benefits and who doesnt.

To address this properly, we must look at the relationship between the department and the providers.
